RENEW DESCRIPTION

Spring is a time to stretch our arms out wide from a long hibernation. It’s an opportunity to set ourselves up to reach our potential—and then pass it. With a clear vision, in Spring, we sprout towards the sun. If you are still enough, you can feel the burst of energy even now. Join us on a 21-day journey of aligning with the Spring season, clarifying our diet, elimination, and mindset.

In this series, we well:

- acquire effective grocery shopping and smart meal-prep skills

- explore seasonal cooking techniques and recipes.

- renew your physical, mental, and energetic systems of elimination.

- engage with intentional books, films, and articles while being supported by the community.

- harness the forward momentum of Spring and clarify your direction.

Brittany Soleil is a Portland-based Nutritionist and Holistic Personal Chef specializing in plant-based, whole foods recipe creation, preparation, and nourishment coaching. 

Christopher Miller, LAc is a Portland-based Five-Element Acupuncturist, Qigong teacher, and Mindset Guide specializing in emotional wellbeing, seasonal alignment, and mindful listening.
